Cancellation Policy
PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Swell Resort requires:
Lastminute travel: If booked to travel within 30 days full payment is required at time of booking.
Low Season Travel: A $200 deposit is required at time of booking, balance due 1 week prior (7 days)
High Season Travel: A $500 deposit is required at time of booking, balance due 1 month prior (30 days)
**The credit card provided for deposit will automatically be charged for final balance on the due date. (Unless alternate arrangement has been made directly with the resort PRIOR to the balance due date)
CHILD POLICY
0-2 yrs FOC (free of charge)using existing bedding (rollaway/sofa is NOT existing bedding) Cot Hire available at an additional charge. Must pre advise resort prior to arrival.
3-14 yrs Adult Rate applies
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Lastminute travel: No refund on cancellations.
Low Season Travel: If you cancel after deposit has been processed a $100 fee applies, if you cancel once full payment has been made or within the 7 days or less prior to arrival, there is no refund.
High Season Travel: If you cancel after deposit has been processed a $200 fee applies, if you cancel once full payment has been made or within the 30 days or less prior to arrival, there is no refund.
