We look forward to welcoming all guests to Swell Resort. Everyone is in need of a well-deserved break and we’re here to ensure that your next holiday is as safe and enjoyable as possible.

With COVID-19 restrictions still in place, we’ve made some changes to the way we operate Swell Resort for the safety of our guests and staff. Restrictions may vary from state to state and we’re monitoring this closely for any changes.

Swell Resort staff are here to help during your stay, and we recommend calling reception staff for assistance rather than visiting the office.




Reduced contact check-in* 


 We can adapt our check-in process to remove any unnecessary contact if requested. Guests will need to e-mail us with this request. We can e-mail all documentation prior to arrival and leave keys in a safe for collection, minimizing contact with Swell Resort staff.




Extra cleaning practices


 While our cleaning standards are high all year round, we have implemented additional cleaning practices throughout all areas of Swell Resort, including sanitising all communal facilities on a regular basis. We also provide automatic hand sanitising dispenses throughout the resort. 



Social distancing rules in place


Our communal facilities will be restricted to a maximum number of people at any one time, to ensure guests are able to abide by the 1.5m social distancing rule and 1 person per 4m2. All guests are advised to follow social distancing rules both within and outside of our Resort. We have provided plenty of signage around the facilities, reminding everyone of COVID19 requirements.
