In Currumbin, a 10-minute drive from our central Burleigh apartments, Buskers by the Creek is back in late October for three days of non-stop live music and family-friendly entertainment.
Celebrating local buskers and artists and attracting rare talent from all over Queensland, Buskers by the Creek is a performing arts festival that’s signature to the Gold Coast, with more than 300 acts to see and a top spread of kids activities, workshops and mouthwatering food.
Head to Winders Park and Duringan Street in Currumbin for Buskers by the Creek 2019, which is set to trump last year’s event with an all-new Karma Kids Zone and a fantastic new lineup of performers. Gold Coast 600 2019

Held in Broadbeach with a choice of distanced running circuits through scenic Burleigh Heads, Currumbin and Coolangatta, this famous annual running event is the perfect reason to set a target, get active and join thousands of other runners in one of Australia’s best running locations.
Choose from 15, 30 and 50-kilometre distances starting and finishing in Broadbeach, complete with water and aid stations and medals for all race finishers. Each circuit is to be done at your own pace, with food vendors and live entertainment to enjoy after all races come to a close.
