Choose from our one, two and three-bedroom fully self-contained accommodations. Mid-term and long-term rentals are available. Essentially, floor plans of the apartments have the same layouts with a few changes evident as based on a unit’s location within the complex.
Take note that tenants who are into renting our Burleigh Heads Apartments in the long term will have the same access to onsite facilities.
Our apartments provide the following amenities and facilities: furnished or unfurnished rooms, lounge, separate bedrooms, kitchen, laundry, ensuite, courtyard or balcony, reverse cycle air-conditioning, garden or resort oceanviews, security undercover car park, double lock-up garage.
Our One-Bedroom Apartment
If you choose our one-bedroom apartment, expect laundry facilities, full kitchen, modern décor, a separate lounge, reverse Cycle Air Conditioning. Other amenities include Foxtel, internet (with a corresponding fee), DVD player.
Not more than three people can stay in our one-bedroom apartment as it contains one bedding and a King Bed.
Our Two-Bedroom Apartment
If you elect to be in our two-bedroom apartment, expect laundry, a full kitchen, modern décor, lounge area, reverse cycle air conditioning, Foxtel, internet and DVD player. Our apartments allow you to have your very own courtyard or balcony. Expect a bedding, a King bed and two single beds. Not more than five people is suited for our two-bedroom apartment.
Our Family Apartment
If your family wants to be in a perfect location, our apartments offer units that are suited for not more than seven guests. This unit contains modern décor, laundry facilities, a full kitchen, reverse cycle air conditioning, separate lounge area, three rooms, two bathrooms, DVD player, Foxtel. Our Family apartments have a King-sized bed and two singles (bunkbeds).
