The Shaw and Partners Summer of Surf brings competitors from across the nation for two days of competition, showcasing some of Australia’s fittest athletes. The richest Surf Sports event in Surf Life Saving history is this season, thanks to the support of Shaw and Partners Financial Services. Shaw and Partners Summer of Surf is looking forward to athletes from all over the nation competing.
The Shaw and Partners Shannon Eckstein Ironman Classic will conclude the Shaw and Partners Summer of Surf series on February 11 and 12 at BMD Northcliffe SLSC.
2023 Gold Coast Open
The best surfers from Australia and worldwide will gather for the 2023 Gold Coast Open, which will take place at iconic Burleigh Point from February 17 to 19. Talk about convenient access that is right in front of Swell Resort!
Take advantage of this, as Gold Coast Open QS 1000, a professional surfing competition, returns to Queensland. The competition is an open men’s and women’s surfing contest where participants compete for cash prizes and valuable World Surf League Qualifying Series points that allow them to participate in other global competitions.
The three-day surf and coastal culture celebration include live music, nightly cinema, skateboarding competitions, and sunrise yoga sessions.
All Waves Fest – Music Festival
All Waves Fest, proudly sponsored by Mandatory Spirit Co., is a brand-new festival to the Australian summer festival calendar. The Burleigh Bazaar will host this authentically Australian event on February 18, with 11 local acts scheduled to perform on two stages. Among the local bands on the lineup are:
